Ok it happened again ..I have been a member since the Mesquite location opened and I am at the club when it opens at 5 am but yet again no one was there to open the club .We waited until 5:45 am and still no employee or manager to open the door . The same thing happened on New years day .The club was to open at 10 am but no one showed until 10:40.This has happened to me at least 10 times over the course of my membership with this location.

I can understand once maybe but this is a ongoing problem.I understand it was an employee that did not show up for work but it is the managements responsibility to open the gym on time. You have to remember going to the gym is a part of a members routine and our membership fees entitles us to have the location open at the said posted hours .I feel all the members that were inconvenienced this morning are due a full refund due to the inconsideration of the Youfit staff and management.
