Good morning,
The Sandalfoot location in West Boca has charged me additional $3.00 without my consent. My regular Limetime membership has always been a charge of $26.74; but for some reason, sometimes they charge me $29.74.
When I called the location this morning, I was told that it may be a credit card additional charge?
I pay with a debit card and I haven't given my consent to charge me any extra amount.
They keep saying I have the premium membership - which I do not.
My membership is the old Limetime
Can you please contact me to discuss further? my cell is 954-881-****.

To Corporate office of UFIT
I am writing formally to you to express my concern regarding the unfair treatment I have experienced at UFIT/Crossings (Zip code 33186.) On May 5, 2025, I encountered a situation that I believe was both unjust and discriminator.
Today as I and my 82 y/o legally blind father went in for a one-hour workout and we were subjected to a rude young lady/Samantha. As I entered my information of my membership and was walking away with my dad. Samantha rudely called my dad, by correcting him that he needed to check in. I said to her very kindly he is already in the system. She insisted that my father again (for the 10th time) enter his information. I asked if there could be an easier way for him to do this as he is legally blind and unable to fill out the information. She smiled sarcastically and turned the pad to him and said, He must sign. I then said, you know you are truly the only one here that has given me a hard time with this. I then referred to my fathers ailments. I asked if she could fill it out for him. Seeing she is here to help the customers. She begrudgingly did so. My dad and I were then allowed in.
Half an hour later in RETALITION she asked if she could speak to me. When I came back inside from helping another patron who is handicapped enter her car. Samantha was waiting there at the entrance with a snarky demeanor. Samantha then stated in front of others, Your dad may not wear jeans to the gym. I then became upset, as she could not simply let go of what had occurred earlier this morning. I began to say, there are plenty of young people here that come in with flip flops (that may drop a weight on their foot.) and barefoot. I went on to say perhaps you should take notice of what you wear to the gym off hours, as I have seen you half naked in the gym flirting with other patrons. I then asked for the corporates information and the managers name.
When I contacted Antohny (manager), I instantly knew that what I had to say was of no concern to him as he gas lit me all throughout the conversation. I began by explaining to him what had happened to us today, before I may say of my dads blindness, he rudely interrupted me. Saying that why dont I come in. I asked him to let me finish and he talked over me saying that I was, steam rolling myself. I again said I am not, and I would like to have the opportunity to finish what I was calmly saying.
After I calmly explained to him, he asked if I may come to the gym to get a document so that I may have my father sign. This way we wouldnt have to have this incident come again.
As I was getting ready to again go the gym, I realized how poorly this was handled and disrespectful the managers tone was to me. I thought how I have a right to express myself as a customer, and he as a manager should listen calmly (in which he did not, he was very combative from the moment the conversation came through via-phone) to a customer who has been treated poorly by one of his staff members.
When I arrived, I asked him to speak to him, when I approached him, I asked for the contact of UFIT corporate office. I believe he did not like that I had requested this number. He wrote it down and gave it to me. I then asked for the form. He also gave that to me, no apologies of what had occurred nothing. I then said to him, you know you and your staff should be more cognizant of how your staff dresses when in the gym, than my poor fathers jeans. Because, she has been observed half naked with her breast out parading in the gym, flirting with other patrons of the gym. He then raised his voice and said to me, she has not been naked, and I do not appreciate you calling her a *** I immediately stopped him there and said, I never said she was a *** I said she flirts with all the men including you (as I have seen her push up to him with her back side to him/Anthony). He then yelled at me saying, I am a married man! I then said I am simply telling you what I have observed here. He then yelled at me again, I am revoking your membership.
I immediately left the facility. I have been a member of your gym for several years and never have I had a problem with a gym member nor a staff member! I feel that if I were a man he would never have spoken to me in this manner. Also, if he had better management of his staff-Samantha, she would never have spoken to me nor my father in this manner.
Despite my attempts to address these issues with Anthony directly, the behavior continued, and no corrective action was taken by management.
This treatment not only affected my day but also harmed my overall well-being. I have always been committed to contributing positively to UFIT as I have told everyone in my community to join.
Please investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to resolve it. I trust the companys commitment to fairness and equality.

Finally got a response email from Corporate, that simply said a ticket was open and gave no other information. As of yesterday, the AC is still not fixed and there has been no additional fans provided for relief. The kicker is I PAY EXTRA to take the group fitness classes.
What customer service. The manager is dodging my calls and requests to speak to him, and the AC is still not fixed, I haven't gotten the courtesy of a call or email back, just nothing. This gym is a joke
This is unsafe. I have tried to speak to the manager several times, and have not been allowed to do so. At every turn, I am told he is not there, he is busy and will contact me. He has NEVER returned an email or a call and is never available (or even there at all) when I ask to speak to him.
Today I was told, they have never had a complaint about the air conditioning in the group fitness room, which is a complete lie. I am not the only one complaining. This is a serious safety issue as, the temperature goes even higher DURING a class. NOTHING has been done.
No fans have been brought in until the air can be fixed or anything else.
It is unsafe and someone is going to get hurt. I would like someone to contact me about this as I have tried several times to reach someone and have never received a single return response at all.
- Group fitness trainers are mostly great
- Group fitness classes are fun
- This gym cares nothing about their customers
- Gym equipment stays broken for months
- Rude staff some of them
Preferred solution: The air conditioning fixed would be nice. I very nearly passed out last week.

They took my money and refused to give me session saying the employee who used to train had quit and they cant give session has he no kogg no we works . I didnt pay the employee , I paid YouFit but still they refused my session . They are worst especially manager at commercial blvd oakland park .

I was unable to use numerous machines because there was no hook on the cables. I spoke to the manager, and he told me I had to wait until he ordered them.
So when I told him if I should stop paying my membership until he received the hooks, he blew up and told me he would call the police if I showed up there again. We will see tomorrow what happens when I show up.
Youfit scammed me
they scammed me out of $80 dollars in 2 days for what was supposed to be a $10 membership they took the money not authorized off of my debt card that wasnt the agreement i had with them they stole the money and wont return it be cautious their employees are scam artist and thieves the company teaches their employees how to scam the customers

I have been trying to cancel for over a year now. They wont let me.
I have proof I have cancelled and moved out of state as of last April. And I'm still getting charged every year.
There is a law against this. This company needs to be put out of business.

My wife and I recently both got memberships to YF, which is 2 miles from my house and we love it. Long story short, we had a hiccup through the billing department on our online purchases of two memberships; there was a promo for $1 with November and December free.
I utilized this deal for both my wife and me. I input my account and routing number because I didn't want to pay the $2.33 service charge on my debit card. I needed to use it to pay the first initial payment, which was a special one time only offer! Unfortunately, I recently had some fraudulent charges on my debit card and it was cancelled, but the money in the account was substantial.
Therefore, we went to the gym and the staff informed us that we needed to pay our yearly due if we wanted to work out that day. This included due payments and late charges. This was not a problem - I got it all worked out through ABC. ABC had informed me that my yearly charges weren't due until the 13th, so why did this YF member make my wife pay on the 5th to be able to work out?
Something is not right here. I instructed my wife to call the facility and talk with management to explain what ABC had communicated to us and to receive a refund for the premature charges. Regrettably, it was the same person that we had encountered on Sunday who was again loud and rude on the phone. She called me back, extremely upset by the rude treatment and his raised voice; there was absolutely no reason for this behavior.
He said, 'Ma'am, you have a $0 balance, what do you want me to do? I can't do anything.' Hopefully, more was said and it was recorded so you can hear it.

I am a 68-year-old male who signed up for six months of personal training. Almost nothing that was promised has been delivered.
My trainer was inaccessible and did not set up a program for me, then quit. The new one assigned to me has no experience dealing with clients with medical issues and has no idea what spinal stenosis is.
They won't let me cancel. The staff is nice but uninformed!

YouFit is charging me Januarys monthly payment and 2025 annual fee in order to cancel my membership. I havent used the gym since December and they dont allow me to cancel without paying annual for the whole year of 2025.
Its a corruption!

I used to belong to the gym awhile ago and rejoined this year. I see new employees all the time meaning the can't retain anyone.
The women's bathroom is always a mess.
No toilet paper, not clean and no hot water.
They keep the temperature so low you freeze coming out of the shower.
Women barely wear any clothes.
Membership has dropped. Hardly anyone works out at you for any more and no employee seems to care
I complain and nothing happens go through

Overcharged , upgraded without my consent , I have a 1 yr contact signed and I was charged $39.95 twice. I want answers!!! I will go to the better business bureau and I will go further with a lawyer if this is not resolved.

I signed a year contract. When I had two months left, I went in and asked if I could pay off the remaining months and not renew my contract.
They said no problem, so I put my credit card in the terminal. I paid and asked if I was no longer responsible; they said yes, your contract will not be renewed. Guess what? Two months later (I paid the last two months of my contract), they started charging my credit card again.
I called and they told me I never cancelled my contract. When I told them I came in and cancelled it and the employee assured me it was done, they said you can't cancel it by coming in, you can only do it over the phone with our customer service. Now, they have their collection agency calling and emailing constantly. They are a total scam, lots of other people have the same problem.
Find another gym that won't rip you off!
They are a joke and the manager will tell you what you want to hear, but when it comes time to get out of your membership, they screw you big time! So many other gyms don't fall for this and get screwed over like I am now!

Has to have the worst tv channels, would be nice to watch sports, news or a business channel. 4 lousy channels.
Not sure any other gym could have anything worse selection, sent several emails to management, no reply, checked at desk, they know nothing

Was Charged for upgraded membership and was not allowed to cancel
In short, I paid for a basic membership for one year all at once ($99). During the year, they convinced me to upgrade to the premium membership because they said it would give me access to 'so much more'.
I asked if I could downgrade back to my basic membership, which was already paid for the year, and they said 'yes, no problem'. I tried it for three months and decided I wanted to go back to the basic membership, but was told that during the course of the time I was a premium member their rules changed and I couldn't downgrade. I told them I wanted to cancel and they said I needed to come in person. I did and requested a cancellation.
I even offered to pay the month they said I had to give them in advance. Two months later, I'm still being charged.
I blocked the card and now they want me to pay over $200. This is the scammiest business in gyms (and that's saying a lot).
