This incident happened yesterday July 31st I went into the Venice ufit to pay my membership due to the fact that my bank has a freeze on my account do do a hacker. This is something that I have done paid my membership for the two and a half years I've been at ufit and never once anyone brought up the fact that that's against policy and procedure till yesterday.

The manager Damon got very loud and voicetress with me and disrespectful not only did he not take me into his office to discuss this he left his door open for the whole gym to here including a staff member who was sitting in his office I found this extremely disrespectful and no resolution came about it except he told me to go to another gym and pay for it even though you stated it's against your rules and regulations so I did. His attitude and disrespect is I will not tolerate and because of this unless someone talks me out of it I am going to cancel my membership not only am I going to cancel my membership you're going to lose about over $50 in Revenue just from my purchasing drinks and workout drinks I've known Damon for the whole time I've been here and people told me that he was a fake person well I got to see that yesterday as a customer no one deserves to be reamed out like a little child I'm 57 years old as far as I'm concerned this is unacceptable Behavior and if y'all going to condone it then who would want to be at your facilities because you put on this fake facade say hello when you come in and goodbye when you leave with the manager sits in his office and unprofessionally rips me so other patrons can hear this once again I have done this for over two and a half years paying my membership before the due date and no one is ever addressed me on this or treated me the way Damon did yesterday this is unacceptable and all you have to do is look at the video and turn up the volume and you'll see what he did the bottom line is you should be with the people that took my payment not the customer and if you think this is okay to talk to a two and a half years then I'll go somewhere else there are plenty other gyms that can meet my needs so if you think this is not worthy of dealing with then so be it I will give you 48 hours to contact me regarding this if not I'll be putting in to cancel my membership so on Friday if I don't hear from you I'm done with ufit
